Junior PMO Analyst in Bristol

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support complex programmes and projects within a leading financial institution. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic initiatives, and the chance to develop your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support programme governance and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
• Maintain RAIDD logs and assist with risk and issue management.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and capture key decisions.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Track resource allocation and maintain programme documentation.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to Programme Managers and PMO.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A practical, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
