We have great opportunities for Customer Service Assistants at Bristol Parkway Train Station. We are looking for friendly, confident individuals who enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service in a busy station environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome passengers and provide clear guidance and information.
  • Assist customers with luggage and general mobility needs.
  • Support passengers in navigating the station safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver a positive travel experience through proactive, helpful service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Positive, approachable, customer-focused attitude.
  • Physically able to assist with luggage when required.
  • Confident in a busy environment and able to stay calm under pressure.

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Training & Support

  • Online training modules to be completed before starting. All training is fully paid.

Pay & Contract Details

  • Pay rate: £13.45 per hour
  • Shifts: 07:00-14:00 and 14:00-21:00.
  • Contract: ASAP until 18th March, working 3-5 days per week across a 7-day rota.
