Adecco is recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join a growing specialist services team delivering ventilation hygiene, environmental cleaning, and compliance solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public sector sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, travelling to customer sites, and developing technical skills within a specialist industry. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for experienced technicians as well as individuals from maintenance, facilities, engineering, cleaning, or building services backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out ventilation and duct cleaning services to industry standards.
  • Complete kitchen extract and fire safety cleaning projects.
  • Assist with water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment work.
  • Operate specialist equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the agreed specification and schedule.
  • Follow site-specific risk assessments and safe working procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and site representatives.
  • Support supervisors and colleagues to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Complete job reports and associated documentation accurately.
