Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM (20 hours per week)

The Opportunity

I'm currently working with a valued client in Bristol who is looking to bring in an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee operations at their site. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day cleaning operations on site while supporting and leading a small team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the site is kept to a high standard at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff on shift
  • Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Carrying out quality checks and audits
  • Training and supporting team members
  • Monitoring stock levels and organising cleaning supplies
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any on-site queries

About You

  • Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor (or similar) role
  • High attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of health & safety within cleaning environments
