The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
You will be working in a busy office, supporting investigating officers with statement taking and tasks such as seizing and collecting CCTV.
Upload of digital and documentary evidence to police IT and other partner agency platforms as required to facilitate review of material by investigators.
Skills and Experience- Able to work methodically and accurately, using your own initiative, whilst in a busy and pressurised environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload so you can meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to respond to correspondence and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Experience of working in a team.
- Ideally, you will have a background in quality assuring documents as well as having knowledge and experience in data protection and compliance with GDPR guidelines due to managing confidential information.
- Proficient experience of working with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Outlook and Excel, with a willingness to be trained on additional IT systems.
- Able to produce clear, legible and accurate statements.
- Be able to complete evidential statements detailing activities undertaken in relation to the production of evidence.
- Be willing, if required, to attend court and account for actions undertaken to generate exhibits.
- Have personal resilience to handle difficult or distressing witnesses.
