What You'll Do:

  • Organise and manage activities, events, and meetings to ensure they run smoothly and according to schedule. You'll be the go-to person for resolving any potential issues.
  • Maintain and disseminate important information effectively. You'll publicise events and ensure that all stakeholders are in the loop!
  • Answer queries from staff and students with a smile, providing timely and helpful responses. You'll guide them on procedures while knowing when to escalate issues.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
  • Proficient in IT skills, particularly the MS Suite, to manage tasks effectively.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
