We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Private Banking division. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a prestigious banking environment, supporting VIP client services through a vital back-office function.
About the Role
Working within the UK Private Banking team, you will be responsible for processing a variety of administration tasks and workflows across multiple teams. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. While the position is not customer-facing, your work will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to high-net-worth and VIP clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing a range of administrative workflows accurately and efficiently
- Managing and updating records across internal systems
- Working across different areas of the operation, handling varied administration tasks
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Supporting the wider team with operational and processing activities
- Maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous administration experience within an office-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience using SharePoint
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Complaints handling experience
- Previous experience within financial services or banking
Working Pattern
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Initial 6-week training period fully office-based. Following successful completion of training, hybrid working will be available with a minimum of 40% office attendance, determined by business needs.
