Our client, a leader in immunohistochemistry (IHC) for Cellular Pathology/Histology, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their Tissue Diagnostics sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering organisation that directly collaborates with healthcare partners to deliver essential products and solutions on a global scale.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting the value proposition of our client's innovative products. n Lead Account Sales Strategy: Take charge of the sales strategy and execution for the product portfolio in your territory, working closely with Customer Account Managers, Product Specialists, and other key stakeholders.
\Navigate the intricacies of pan pathology procurements with creativity and discipline, ensuring that sales methodologies are executed promptly and thoroughly.
To excel in this role, our client is looking for individuals who possess:
A BSc (Hons)/BA Degree or equivalent in a life science, or related experience (Biomedical Scientist background preferred) and prior field sales experience or laboratory knowledge.
Strong skills in customer needs assessment and building effective relationships, alongside a solid understanding of Cellular Pathology and cancer pathways.
Resilience, tenacity, and adaptability to thrive in a changing environment, with a creative mindset to redefine best practises.
A credible sales presence, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable implementation and drive commercial excellence using the latest digital sales engagement tools.
