The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 £ per hour.

Contract Type: Temporary, full time (40 hours per week)

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: £12.71-£13 per hour + Holiday Pay + Additional Benefits

Location: Brentwood, Essex (must have own car due to location)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Planning Administrator to support program delivery across Essex and Suffolk. You will be responsible for scheduling installations, coordinating workloads and ensuring work is planned efficiently to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule smart meter installations across Essex and Suffolk
  • Allocate work geographically to improve efficiency and reduce travel time
  • Monitor and adjust daily and future work schedules
  • Liaise with operational teams to balance workloads and meet programme targets
  • Maintain accurate planning data and communicate updates effectively
  • Support operational performance and customer service delivery

About You:

  • Previous planning, scheduling or coordination experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Utilities or smart metering experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Essex and Suffolk geography is advantageous
