The Role We are currently recruiting for two hardworking Yard Operatives to join a very busy site. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Picking and sorting materials on a conveyor belt Shovelling and general yard duties Sweeping and keeping work areas clean using brooms and tools Cleaning and carrying out basic repairs on machinery Supporting overall site operations to ensure efficiency and safety Requirements Previous experience in recycling, construction, or a similar outdoor/manual labour role Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work Good communication skills Safety boots are essential What's Provided Must have own Safety boots but other PPE provided On-site parking Opportunity for a permanent position Supportive team environment with strong progression prospects Why Apply?
