Our client, a thriving company in the their industry, is seeking a motivated Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Harlow, Essex. As part of their organisation, you will have the opportunity to take their marketing efforts to the next level, fostering a vibrant community and reaching and retaining new customers from both the wholesale and retail sectors. You will report to and collaborate closely with a board-level Director, taking full ownership of the marketing strategy for the company and the brands they represent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the organisation. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing & implementing the marketing strategy, campaign management and the management of multiple brands represented by the company Manage all marketing for the company & activities within the marketing department Establishing & monitoring the company’s marketing budget as well as the budget for individual brands Reporting on KPI’s and overall return on investment Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans Planning and implementing promotional campaigns Preparing online, print & in-store marketing campaigns Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications Liaising with suppliers and their marketing departments Coordinate activities such as trade shows, in-store & event sampling & cooking demonstrations here in the UK and internationally Develop & manage social media strategy in order to grow brand communities. A good understanding of SEO, PPC & Paid Social. Strong project management/organisational skills. Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
