Branch Administrator β Perm
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8 am β 5 pm
Due to location you must be able to drive and has your own transport for this role
About the Role
Are you a proactive and organised individual who enjoys supporting a busy team? Our client is seeking a cheerful and professional Branch Administrator to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role where your contributions will be key to the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide PA support to the Branch and Sales Manager
Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Deliver administrative support across departments
Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
Handle cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
Maintain accurate records and update databases
Support sales events and trade shows
Conduct monthly stock checks
Ensure clear communication across the team
Deliver a professional and customer-focused service
