Location: Braintree

Remuneration: National Minimum Wage

Contract Details: Full Time - 38 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm; Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break per day)

Responsibilities:

  • Raising Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
  • Handling daily dispatch activities with precision
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and resolving queries professionally
  • Responding to customer and internal queries via email
  • Carrying out general office administration duties as required
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A solid standard of English and Maths
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An organised and reliable approach to work
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
