Job Description Production Operative - Braintree- Temp to Perm Our successful client based in Braintree is looking for experienced Production Operative to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm £12.71 per hour Safely operate production machinery and equipment Carry out quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met Assist with machine maintenance and ensure smooth production processes Perform manual handling and lifting duties within an industrial environment Move goods efficiently along the production line Carry out FLT driving duties where required Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment Complimentary ice creams during hot weather Health screening initiatives Annual pay reviews and salary increases Full training provided PPE provided once permanent While working as a temporary employee, you will be required to provide your own safety boots. This is a physically demanding role which involves regular manual handling, lifting, bending, and moving products within the production environment.
