Location: Bradford/Hybrid

Salary: £38,194 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

What You’ll Do

  • Preparing and managing service charge accounts for our properties.
  • Conducting detailed financial analyses to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Liaising with property managers and residents to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Preparing year‑end financial statements and budgets.
