Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex diaries across multiple time zones for senior team members.
- Travel and Expenses: Arrange and manage travel bookings and expense submissions for senior staff.
- Event and Meeting Logistics: Plan and deliver internal meetings, off-sites, and staff celebrations. Responsibilities include booking venues, tracking RSVPs, and organizing event materials.
- Team Mailing Lists: Maintain distribution mailing lists and ensure timely updates.
- Budget Coordination: Manage local social event budgets.
- Visitor and Lecture Coordination: Handle logistics for visits and lectures.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to administrative policies and procedures.
- Cover Support: Provide administrative cover for team members when required.
- Support Cross-Team Events: Assist in planning and executing wider business events for Cambridge.
- Cross-Site Collaboration: Work closely with support staff across sites for consistent experiences.
