About the Role
We are seeking a Trade Marketing Operations Lead to join our team in Bracknell. This newly created role bridges the gap between brand strategy and shopper execution, ensuring our products shine in retail environments across the UK and Northern Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to deliver impactful trade marketing initiatives that optimize channel performance and drive growth. This is a hands-on role with a strong operational focus, ideal for someone with FMCG experience, excellent project management skills, and a background in retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & POS Extensions: Manage country product extensions and optimize channel performance. Translate MSP pricing to CLP pricing for the region. Lead GMCE process for UK displays and approve GDPT deals for NER region.
- Tools & Material Development: Create and amend POS content for online and in-store. Develop UK POS playbook and influence EMEA POS strategy. Coordinate in-store display activations and ensure strong shelf presence.
- Project Management: Lead multiple retail marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain project calendars, identify risks, and adjust plans proactively. Oversee document control for retail displays, ensuring compliance and brand alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams. Partner with supply chain and finance for smooth execution of trade programs.
Skills & Experience
- FMCG/Retail experience within the UK (essential).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical ability.
- Background in trade marketing, operations, or product management.
Education
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- CIM Diploma preferred.
