As a Project Manager in Bioinformatics Technology and Services team you will administrate and oversee successful implementation of Bioinformatics Platform - a complex project that spans multiple teams, functions, and external parties.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the central orchestrator, harmonizing diverse initiatives and ensuring their alignment with the overall project vision and organizational goals
- Foster and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams
- Manage high-level project timelines, coordinating with sub-initiative leaders on their specific deliverables
- Ensure that the administrative aspects of the project are managed efficiently, including contract management and budget
- Suggest and implement project management practices and standards
- Proactively identify and raise dependencies, risks, and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in delivery management
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Mural, Smartsheet)
- Workshop orchestration and facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
