About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business in Bolton that is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across both digital and print media, helping to create engaging visual campaigns, support product launches, develop brand assets and produce high-quality marketing materials. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll play an important role in shaping the company's visual identity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns
  • Produce artwork for brochures, catalogues, packaging, signage, POS materials and promotional collateral
  • Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Support new product launches and seasonal campaign activity
  • Develop and maintain brand-consistent artwork across all marketing channels
  • Contribute ideas and concepts for creative campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Apply UX/UI best practices to web and digital projects
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging visual content
  • Ensure all artwork is accurate, compliant and produced to a high standard
  • Stay up to date with design trends, competitor activity and industry best practice

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
  • Previous experience within a Graphic Design, Creative Design or Marketing Design role
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Proven experience working across both digital and print media
  • Demonstrable experience producing brochures, catalogues, marketing literature and other printed collateral
  • Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing and online campaigns
  • WordPress experience
  • A strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality digital and print design work

The following experience would be highly advantageous:

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills
  • Experience creating brand guidelines and reusable templates
  • Commercial product marketing or retail-focused design experience
