About the Role

As a Night Shift Marine Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of all marine activities within the Port of Blyth. Reporting directly to the Harbour Master, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working on a 5-person rota within a 12-hour watch‑keeping system. Your ability to stay calm and professional during operations will be essential, along with your excellent communication skills.
