Position Details
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Duration: Exam Period
- Pay Rate: 14 - 16 per hour
- Schedule: Hybrid (TBC) Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Your Responsibilities
- Accurately entering, registering, and monitoring students for exams and qualifications, adhering to College procedures and awarding organisation regulations.
- Scheduling and booking sufficient exam resources, including invigilation, for both online and paper-based examinations.
- Preparing and communicating exam timetables in a timely manner to all relevant parties.
- Storing, preparing, and issuing exam papers and materials, ensuring compliance with awarding organisation regulations.
- Issuing and recording exam certificates in line with College procedures and Awarding Body Guidelines.
- Administering examination support for students as specified by awarding organisations.
- Keeping the Exams Team informed about changes in awarding organisation regulations and qualifications.
- Delivering Invigilation Training and ensuring compliance during College exams.
- Making informed decisions on student queries and complaints, while referring complex issues to senior management.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate student exam records and collaborating with MIS staff for audit compliance.
- Developing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and IT systems for efficient exam entries and results.
- Managing archives of student exam results for future reference.
- Checking and processing invoices from awarding organisations against exam entries and costs.
- Working collaboratively within the MIS Department to provide excellent service to staff and students.
- Assisting with enrolment duties in September and covering for staff during periods of absence.
