The Role
As a Manufacturing Operator you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, helping to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will gain experience across different production areas and contribute to the efficient delivery of manufacturing activities.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Early Shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm
- Week 2: Night Shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am
- Week 3: Back Shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing activities in line with daily production requirements
- Operate equipment safely and in accordance with standard procedures
- Follow all quality, safety and compliance requirements
- Contribute to achieving production schedules and performance targets
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
- Work effectively with supervisors, team leaders and colleagues
- Communicate with internal departments regarding quality and service-related matters
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
