Trimming Assembly Operative Based in Coventry Monday to Thursday: 7:30am till 4:30pm EARLY FINISH Fridays: 7:30am till 12:30pm (38 hours per week) £12.71 per hour On-site interviews are to be held ASAP! Key Duties and Responsibilities Assembly and trimming of automotive interior components Working with leather, vinyl, fabric, foam, and other interior materials Hand and machine assembly of trim parts to specification Following build instructions, drawings, and work standards Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure a premium finish Using hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines Essential Skills & Experience Experience working to high quality standards in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow instructions and work to precise specifications Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Day shift hours with an early Friday finish Stable, long‑term career prospects Clean, modern automotive manufacturing environment Full training and future progression opportunities.
