Experience required: Experience at senior management level developing and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based internal communications and engagement strategies and plans aligned with wider business objectives. Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes and using change impact analysis to inform appropriate communication approach. Experience of developing and delivering engagement campaigns. Providing counsel on internal corporate communications and engagement to Executives and senior leaders across large, complex, fast-paced matrix organisations. Development, delivery, and measurement of internal communications and resources planning, defining the processes and structures required to achieve success.
