About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Engineer, Bean-to-Cup Engineer, or Dishwasher Engineer to join our growing and reactive service team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a field service engineer looking to join a busy and supportive company that offers regular overtime, autonomy, and excellent employee benefits. As part of the role, you will travel within an approximately 80-mile radius of Birmingham, carrying out installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of commercial coffee equipment, including coffee machines, coffee grinders, dishwashers, and ice machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of commercial coffee machines, coffee grinders, and ice machines
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and annual servicing
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on customer sites
- Replacing water filtration systems and associated components
- Providing basic staff training on the correct operation and daily maintenance of equipment
- Completing service reports and associated paperwork
- Always delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Coffee Machine Engineer, Bean-to-Cup Engineer, Catering Equipment Engineer, or similar field service role
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm. Overtime available and paid after standard working hours.
