Contract: 6-month temporary assignment
Working Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday (7-hour shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm)
Hybrid Working: Following training, you will work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Please note that the initial training period is 100% office based.
About the Role:
Lloyds Banking Group is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Advisors to join their Birmingham team. This varied role combines administration, investigations, payment processing, reconciliations, and customer correspondence, requiring you to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing customer and client transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting investigations into account, payment, or service-related queries.
- Completing reconciliation activities and resolving discrepancies.
- Handling both written and verbal customer correspondence professionally.
- Supporting payment processing activities while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and service standards.
- Managing your own workload effectively while meeting deadlines and quality targets.
- Identifying and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
