Applicants must hold a UK driving licence, have access to their own vehicle and be willing to obtain business-use insurance. As this is a field-based role, regular travel across your designated territory is required.
The Role
This is a field-based role that will suit someone who enjoys travelling, meeting people and talking about great drinks. You'll visit pubs, bars and restaurants across your territory, introducing a portfolio of premium cocktail liqueurs and spirits to venue owners and bar managers. Your goal will be to build relationships, win new clients, increase sales and grow the number of venues stocking the range. Using your hospitality experience and cocktail knowledge, you'll build relationships with customers, discuss their drinks offering and identify opportunities to drive sales.
You will:
- Visit pubs, bars and restaurants across your territory.
- Introduce and sell a portfolio of premium cocktail liqueurs and spirits to hospitality venues.
- Secure new customers and grow sales within your region.
- Build strong relationships with venue owners, bar managers and hospitality decision-makers.
- Use your mixology knowledge to discuss cocktails, serves and drinks menus with customers.
- Manage your own diary, customer visits and travel schedule.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
Who We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Experience working within the beverage, drinks, hospitality or On Trade sector.
- Strong cocktail and mixology knowledge.
- Previous experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, Bar Supervisor, Manager or similar hospitality role.
- Passion for cocktails, spirits and premium drinks brands.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to insure your vehicle for business use.
- Comfortable travelling throughout your designated territory.
- Self-motivated with a desire to develop a career in sales.
