The Role
This is a fast‑paced and varied position, supporting the HR function with a range of administrative and employee‑facing tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring processes are followed accurately and efficiently, while providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft professional correspondence, including offer letters
- Manage HR‑related inbox queries, including benefits enquiries
- Support HR processes and maintain process documentation
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping with strong attention to detail
- Liaise confidently with employees at all levels
- Support general HR administration duties
About You
- Previous HR or administrative experience (HR experience desirable)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Conscientious and able to manage workload effectively
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with stakeholders
- Resilient and able to work in a busy environment
- Strong written skills with experience in professional letter drafting
Additional Information
- This is a fully site‑based role (5 days per week)
- Occasional travel may be required, including visits to operational sites and quarterly team meetings (Dublin and South Wales)
