We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Deputy Supervisor to join their production team in Billericay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the production department
- Leading and motivating a team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Ensuring all health & safety and quality standards are maintained

- Previous production/manufacturing experience (essential)
