Based in Coventry

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am till 4:30pm (30 minutes lunch break)

EARLY FINISH Fridays: 7:30am till 12:30pm (15-minute break)

£12.71 per hour

8 weeks Temporary to Permanent opportunity!

Full training will be provided.

Are you an experienced Operator ready to get hands on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Coventry? In this role, you'll be assembling and trimming high quality interior components, working to precise standards where attention to detail and pride in your finish really matter. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assembly and trimming of interior components
  • Working with leather, vinyl, fabric, foam and other interior materials
  • Hand assembly of trim parts to specification
  • Following build instructions, drawings and work standards
  • Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure a premium finish
  • Using hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
  • Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in automotive interior assembly or trimming is desirable
  • Experience working to high quality standards in a manufacturing environment
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to precise specifications
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
