- Manage Programs: Oversee program planning, budgeting, and execution while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ensure Compliance: Drive timely implementation of labelling changes, regulatory submissions, and market-specific obligations.
- Communicate Strategically: Deliver presentations to senior leadership on compliance risks, implementation progress, and operational impacts.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years managing complex programs within Life Sciences or highly regulated industries.
- Project Management Skills: Expertise in program methodologies, risk management, and change control.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of global labelling regulations (FDA, EU MDR/IVDR, ISO, GMP).
