Role Purpose: As a Contract Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in reviewing and managing existing contracts during a significant legal entity name change. Your keen eye will help ensure risks are identified and that effective communication is maintained with customers across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender and contract documentation in multiple languages to pinpoint key terms and obligations.
