Adecco is seeking an Onsite Administrator to join our Large & Onsite Team based in Basingstoke. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Contract Manager with administration, payroll processing, onboarding activities, and the day-to-day management of our temporary workforce.

About the Role
- Part-Time - 20 Hours per Week
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
As the Onsite Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Contract Manager, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and data processing
- Payroll administration
- Onboarding new temporary employees
- Maintaining accurate workforce records
- General administrative support as required
Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are critical to success in this role.
