As Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards, enhancing processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to influence strategic quality initiatives, champion best practices, and ensure products and processes consistently meet customer and industry expectations. Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians. Develop and maintain internal standards and procedures to ensure compliance and quality outputs. Quality Assurance: Oversee the investigation of quality concerns, ensuring timely root cause analysis and effective countermeasures. Internal Systems Management: Maintain and develop the BS EN ISO9001 manual and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Supplier Quality Assurance: Establish a structured supplier quality assurance programme, ensuring materials meet both internal and customer quality expectations. Collaborate with suppliers to implement effective root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Ensure the delivery of quality parts to specifications and prevent non-conforming items from reaching build lines. Quality Management qualification or equivalent in a technical discipline (level 4 or above). Proven leadership experience in a quality function, preferably within Automotive, Aerospace, or Engineering sectors. Excellent man-management skills, demonstrating the ability to coach and inspire team members. Full-time role, 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30; Competitive salary with an annual performance bonus. 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service. 5% contributory pension scheme.
