Are you an experienced legal assistant, paralegal, or conveyancer looking for an exciting opportunity in a thriving residential conveyancing department? Our client, a well-established organisation in the legal sector, is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a dynamic environment while providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive communication to keep clients, third parties, partners, and other conveyancers updated on progress.
- Delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Assisting fee earners/solicitors in managing their caseloads effectively.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Setting up and closing files with precision and attention to detail.
- Handling interactions with Land Registry, mortgage lenders, and search providers.
- Preparing and issuing client care letters and contract packs.
- Assisting with completions and managing post-completion matters.
- Meeting clients to conduct initial ID checks.
- Managing a caseload of sale and purchase transactions efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven residential conveyancing experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
