We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-value capital projects across a local authority housing estate portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex projects that contribute to resident safety and the ongoing improvement of housing assets, including high-rise and sheltered housing buildings.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital projects, from inception and business case development through to implementation, handover and project closure. The programme will predominantly focus on fire safety and electrical improvement projects, including the replacement and upgrade of fire alarm systems, nurse call systems, and other electrical infrastructure across residential housing stock. Project values range from £1m to £8m, requiring robust programme management and stakeholder engagement.
