Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Act as a crucial point of communication between vehicle operators and ground personnel to ensure the safety of all site activities.
- Guidance & Direction: utilise hand signals to direct the movement of cranes and vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and minimising risks.
