We are currently recruiting for a Patient Booker to join our client's team in Bangor. This role plays an important part in supporting clinical services and ensuring patients receive a smooth and well-organised experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing patient referrals to assess suitability for clinical units
- Booking appointments and ensuring patients have all relevant information and medications
- Sending follow-up correspondence to keep patients informed
- Managing appointment changes and cancellations professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate patient correspondence and contact records in line with procedures
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in medical patient appointment booking
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and patient-focused approach
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
