AWS Data Engineer X5 UK Wide £60,000 – £100,000 per annum + permanent benefits A leading IT Consultancy are looking to strengthen their Data Engineering team, the successful candidate will have hands-on design and engineering background in AWS, across a wide range of AWS services with the ability to demonstrate working on large engagements. This role requires candidates to go through SC Clearance so you must be eligible Experience of AWS tools (e.g Athena, Redshift, Glue, EMR) Java, Scala, Python, Spark, SQL Experience of developing enterprise grade ETL/ELT data pipelines. NoSQL Databases. Dynamo DB/Neo4j/Elastic, Google Cloud Datastore. Snowflake Data Warehouse/Platform Experience of working with CI/CD technologies, Git, Jenkins, Spinnaker, GCP Cloud Build, Ansible etc Experience building and deploying solutions to Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud) including Cloud provisioning tools (e.g. Terraform, AWS CloudFormation or Cloud Deployment Manager) Have a broad understanding of AWS services including but not limited to, EC2, Storage, AWS Security, Container technologies, IAM, Cloud Networking, data processing and machine learning
