We are proudly recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Senior Production Operator to join their established manufacturing team. This temp ongoing role offers long-term stability with genuine opportunities for permanent employment. The Role
- Health & Safety: Follow all Health & Safety and site security procedures. Report any safety or environmental concerns accurately and promptly.
- Production & Process Control: Take responsibility for plant operations to ensure consistent, efficient output. Maintain recovery rates and reduce downtime through ongoing monitoring.
- Quality Assurance: Work in line with daily quality procedures to meet audit and customer requirements. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks.
- Maintenance & Hygiene: Support the maintenance schedule alongside supervisors and engineering teams. Keep accurate records for maintenance, hygiene, and plant checks.
- Teamwork & Communication: Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team culture. Communicate clearly with production, warehouse, logistics and customer service teams.

- At least 1 year of production or warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
