Responsibilities: Shadow and learn from experienced Relationship Managers to build knowledge of various building types and customer sets. Assist in managing the property portfolio, acting as a valuable member of the team. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving inbound customer issues promptly and professionally. Articulate responses to queries related to budgets, demands, and S20B Notices. Liaise with cleaners and gardeners to attend to housekeeping and maintenance issues. Coordinate small repairs and maintenance with suitable contractors. Communicate important updates and information to stakeholders through site-wide emails and meeting minutes. Support Relationship Managers in setting up contracts, contractors, and facilities on new sites.
