Join Our Team as an Assistant Merchandiser! Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, a dynamic organisation in the fashion retail industry, is seeking a talented Assistant Merchandiser to join their growing team in Shepherd's Bush London. This temporary full-time position runs from February 2025 for approx 3 months with view of extension for the right person. What You'll Do: As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in maximising global sales through strategic analysis and effective stock management. Your key responsibilities will include: Analysing performance indicators related to sales, stock, and profits. Collaborating with the buying team to plan and trade relevant brands. Identifying best-selling and under-performing brands and recommending actions. Managing intake delivery KPIs and ensuring timely stock arrivals. Supporting quarterly planning forecasts and making strategic recommendations. What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you will need: A degree or equivalent experience. Significant commercial experience in a fashion retail merchandising environment. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. A keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
