Main Responsibilities
As Area Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of Oxfam shops and online retail operations, ensuring they thrive commercially while embodying Oxfam's commitment to equality, inclusion and feminist leadership principles. Working closely with Shop Managers, staff and volunteers, you'll create an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed. Your leadership will directly influence not only business performance but also the experience, wellbeing and development of the people within your teams.
