Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Applications, diving deep into Windows Servers and Databases (SQL Server or Oracle).
- Collaborate with technical support, network, and infrastructure teams to tackle application challenges.
- Provide out-of-hours support as part of the production support team.
- Participate in design workshops, contributing ideas to achieve stable application operations.
- Develop scripts for data analysis and automation.
