We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. This role operates on a Night Shift offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.
This position works across two alternating weekly shifts: Night Shift: 21:48 - 06:00
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for accurately weighing cartons and recording weight information, ensuring products meet company specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Weigh cartons using calibrated weighing equipment every hour
- Verify carton weights against specified requirements and quality standards
- Accurately record and report weight data on controlled documentation
- Identify and escalate any weight discrepancies, damaged cartons, or quality concerns to the IMA Operator and SMT
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards
- Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and Health and Safety requirements
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and operational objectives
- Assist with other production-related duties as directed by supervisors or management
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work rotating shifts consistently
- Willingness to learn and follow full training
- Good attention to detail and strong safety awareness
