We are looking for a Service & Technical Coordinator to become a key part of our clients expanding Service Department. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be the go-to person for customers, suppliers, engineers, and our Service Manager in helping to keep operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, taking ownership, and working in a supportive environment where your contribution really matters, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and tracking warranty enquiries from start to finish
  • Raising purchase orders and monitoring supplier deliveries
  • Logging service jobs, scheduling engineer visits, and keeping customers informed
  • Responding promptly to customer queries via phone and email
  • Supporting the Service Manager with workflow planning, reporting, and daily coordination
  • Assisting with spare parts inventory, including stock checks and ordering
  • Preparing repair and spare-part quotations
  • Maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth, efficient service operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience and knowledge working in customer service, service administration, technical support or warranty roles
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general IT
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong team player who takes pride in their work
