Key Responsibilities:
Reconnect with previous or existing customers via phone and email
Handle customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Provide exceptional service and ensure thorough follow-up on customer queries
What We\’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, confident, and proactive approach
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using phones and managing multiple tasks
Previous experience in customer service or sales support
What\’s on Offer:
£28,000 – £30,000 annual salary
Monday to Friday schedule
