Responsibilities
- Reconnect with previous or existing customers via phone and email
- Handle customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Provide exceptional service and ensure thorough follow-up on customer queries
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and proactive approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using phones and managing multiple tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support
