My client, a leading retail company, are looking for an experienced Adobe AEP AJO Technical Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) integrations. You will work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to enable personalised customer journeys and maintain platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer AEP and AJO environments (schemas, identities, namespaces).
- Collaborate with data engineers on XDM schemas and identity stitching.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion issues via APIs, SDKs, and connectors.
- Manage integrations with Adobe RTCDP, Offer Decisioning, and Analytics.
- Set up webhooks and Real Time triggers for external system interactions.
- Monitor platform performance and conduct regular audits.
- Maintain documentation and change logs.
Skills Experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and data formats like Parquet.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
