Location: Hybrid Working (Office-based for first 6 weeks)

Pay Rate: 14.40 per hour

Contract: 3-6 Month Temporary Contract (Potential for Extension)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Private Banking division. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a prestigious banking environment, supporting VIP client services through a vital back-office function.

About the Role

Working within the UK Private Banking team, you will be responsible for processing a variety of administration tasks and workflows across multiple teams. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. While the position is not customer-facing, your work will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to high-net-worth and VIP clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing a range of administrative workflows accurately and efficiently
  • Managing and updating records across internal systems
  • Working across different areas of the operation, handling varied administration tasks
  • Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Supporting the wider team with operational and processing activities
  • Maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
