About the Role: As an Administrator (ICT), you will play a crucial role in providing effective administrative and financial support to the ICT Department. Reporting to the ICT Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Excellence: Manage designated administrative duties across the Forces, ensuring all ICT documentation is handled efficiently and accurately.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate with third-party suppliers to fulfil purchase orders and ensure they are recorded in the finance system.
- Swift Query Resolution: Address queries from the Corporate Finance team and internal ICT staff, ensuring timely and accurate responses within a 2-day turnaround.
- Document Development: Create and proofread a range of documents, including Word files, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Internal Communication: Assist the Communications team in disseminating information effectively.
